We are a retail store. We will do limited B 2 B wholesale
orders.
Any foreighn business electing to transact business with

FOR ALL ORDERS
1- PREPAY in US currency via certified money order or
certified bank check. No credit cards, paypal or moneygrams
will be accepted for the transactions..
2- For existing customers, transactions via the webstore
will continue to be honored.

be accepted, if presented in an email. this is the MOST
unsecure way to transmit credit card information.

All shipping costs that appear on your invoice are
estimates.
In some cases additional charges may appear on your credit

Merchandise
Guarantees
If an item arrives broken and /or damaged, you can return
the item along with a copy of your invoice. Please note
what you would like us to do - exchange the item or refund
the money..
All merchandise sold for use with the dogs have been tested
with my own dogs. We guaranteed the value and the safety
features of these products. |
Holiday
guarantee.
We will process all Holiday orders in the evening after
6pm. Any order placed prior to 7 business days before the
Holiday is guaranteed to arrive prior to the Holiday. Orders
placed during that 7 day period cannot be guaranteed to
arrive before the Holiday.

Credit
card, Bank check or money order are the only payment methods
accepted for International orders.
