We ship within the Continental United States, Mexico and South America
We also ship to Europe, China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand
and many other countries.
We do not ship to Arab Countries or to Indonesia

Order Processing We process orders every evening after 6pm. Most orders will ship the next day, including overnight packages. We will process all Holiday orders in the evening after 6pm. Any order placed prior to 7 business days before the Holiday is guaranteed to arrive prior to the Holiday. Orders placed during that 7 day period cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the Holiday.

We have switched to a weight based shipping method. US Postal Rates: $3.68 for first pound $2.72 each additional pound UPS Rates $4.50 for first pound $.30 each additional pound Domestic Overnight US Postal Service Overnite available Monday thru Thurs - any order placed on a Friday or Saturday will ship Monday morning. $14.50 flat rate $.75 each additional pound	International Shipping Will be calculated at the time of shipping. A separate charge will be placed on your credit card once the items have shipped. All International shipping is done via the US Post Office.	Other Shipping Charges Alaska & Hawaii, Canada & Mexico Will be calculated at the time of shipping. A separate charge will be placed on your credit card once the items have shipped. Merchandise Guarantees If an item arrives broken and /or damaged, you can return the item along with a copy of your invoice. Please note what you would like us to do - exchange the item or refund the money.. All merchandise sold for use with the dogs have been tested with my own dogs. We guaranteed the value and the safety features of these products.	If purchasing by mail order, New Jersey Residents, please add 7% Sales Tax to the order form	For International Orders Credit card, Bank check or money order are the only payment methods accepted for International orders.
